Yet, students at more than 70% of public schools in Orange and Osceola counties lack these fundamental resources, impacting their ability to learn and succeed.
Meanwhile, teachers spend $500+ out of their own hard-earned salaries each year to purchase the supplies their students need.
What We Do
Since 1998, A Gift for Teaching has proudly served public schools in Orange and Osceola counties as the primary source for free school supplies to teachers for students who need them most.
We provide opportunities for teachers to “shop” at our store, online, and through our mobile unit for free educational resources that are donated and supported through generous community partners.
